Have the needs of those looking for a new home really changed or are they the same as in the pre-Covid situation?

Apparently we have moved from staying in a house to living in  it... Coronavirus has lieterally changed the idea of your own home. We concentrate on the house with a garden or on apartments with terraces and push ourselves even further out of city in search of space.
